1. Where are your industrial units located?
Our industrial units are conveniently positioned in a pleasant, semi-rural location between Kidderminster, Stourport and Hartlebury. Just over a mile from the A442/A449 Hoobrook Island near Kidderminster, it has easy access to the West Midlands and the Motorway network.
2. How Secure is the Estate?
Due to its quiet location within the local semi rural area the site benefits from a very low crime rate. As well as having an onsite manager we also employ night time security staff and so our security is very good.
3. Do you provide short term leases?
Our normal lease terms are 6 years with a 3 year break agreement. However we remain flexible and will try to accommodate your requirements.
4. Do you have an Onsite Manager?
Yes we do, our Onsite Manager is Clive Fenton. He is on site permanently during normal office hours to deal with any queries or problems you may have.
5. Do your industrial units have night time security?
After office hours Wilden Industrial Estates employs night time security staff who will frequently visit the site throughout the night.
